Rolfing,
also called structural integration, is a holistic system
of bodywork that uses deep manipulation of the body's
soft tissue to realign and balance the body's myofascial
structure.
Rolfing
helps to improve posture and bring the body's natural
structure into proper balance and alignment. This can
bring relief from general aches and pains, improve breathing,
increase energy, improve self-confidence, and relieve
physical and mental stress. Rolfing has also been used
to treat such specific physical problems as chronic
back, neck, shoulder, and joint pain, and repetitive
stress injuries, including carpal tunnel syndrome. For

Institute.

Reflexology
: A natural healing art, based on the principle that
there are reflexes in the feet and hands which correspond
to every part of the body.
By
stimulating and applying pressure to the feet or hands
harmony is brought to the whole body by increasing the
flow of energy, blood, nutrients and nerve impulses
to corresponding body zones. By stimulating key reflex
points there is a therapeutic effect on the body. Treatments
can help with digestive disorders, ear disorders, sinus
disorders, fatigue and many other aliments.
